I’m excited to be part of this exhibit celebrating Maine’s oldest cooperative printmaking studio.
I will be installing a large piece (about 12 feet tall) that will climb up one of the walls of the exhibition space…will post photos once it’s up! I will also have a more moderately sized framed piece in the exhibit.
I am very excited to have my first solo exhibition at the Maine Jewish Museum!
“Under Construction” features recent monoprints and paintings created during this past pandemic year. Exhibit runs from May 13 through June 25. And while we can’t have a big, beautiful opening reception I will be at the museum on opening day, Thursday, May 13, from 12 – 4pm. Please stop in and say hi. I will also be gallery sitting on a couple of Sunday afternoons…dates TBD

Hours Sunday through Friday 12 – 4pm (closed Saturdays)
I’m excited to be included in the upcoming issue of the Hand Magazine.
What is the Hand Magazine? From their website: “The Hand is dedicated to being the world’s premier forum for “alternative” and historic photographic processes and all types of printmaking. We want to encourage inspiration, education, and community for artists using unique, mixed media, experimental, and idiosyncratic “reproduction-based” techniques. We do also print digital art work and art work where the subject matter has been manipulated, directed, or staged by the artist.”
The magazine publishes 4 times a year. Issue 32 will be sent out in mid-April. Visit https://www.thehandmagazine.space for more information.
Next up for me after that, solo exhibition “Under Construction” at the Maine Jewish Museum opening May 13, 2021. More info coming in a few weeks…..
